Day 45 = Friday = 4.5 miles. HOT outside, muggy, but a fairly easy run. Just missed a massive downpour that would been a blast to run in. Oh well. Typifies my week. With today's run concluding July:

Day 46 = Saturday = 4 miles pushing D in the BOB Ironman stroller. Fairly humid. He slept for most of it.

Day 47 = Sunday = No run. It rained or was threatening rain for most of the day, so I didn't risk getting the kids out in it.
